Manual Lymph Drainage is a complete lymph system treatment, which encourages the natural circulation of the lymph through the body, to improve the overall functioning of the lymphatic system.

The Lymphatic system plays a crucial role in the protection of the body from infection. The main role of the Lymphatic system is to get rid of waste products, but also maintains the correct balance of fluid throughout the tissues of the body.

The Manual Lymph Drainage is a very gentle, but effective medical massage technique. It therefore has nothing to do with the usual sort of massages done to relieve muscle tightness or simply for relaxation or hard sport massages.

As gentle as the MLD is, this technique stimulates the flow of lymph fluid in the nods and the vessels of the lymph system.

The movement of the MLD accelerates the re -absorption of the fluid and wastes in the body tissues. The lymph system then processes and cleanses the wastes in the fluid and returns it to the bloodstream, then the body is enabling to excrete the wastes and excess fluid.

The MLD Massage are applied to bare skin with no oils or lotions used at all.
